Over a three-year period, we worked closely with one of Russia's largest banks to successfully establish a robust AI monitoring system. This system operates with precision to swiftly address system failures by pinpointing their root causes and making well-informed decisions. The model expanded the scope of forecasted indicators to a total of 50,000, achieving an 85% reduction in false positive alerts. It also delivered a 20% improvement in precision compared to previous methodologies.

Enhancing Product Value Proposition with Online Psychological Hotline
This is a case of MedTech and InsurTech company. My team saw an opportunity to enhance our main product`s (corporate medical insurance) value proposition and boost revenue by launching a full-scale in-house online psychological hotline. I took on supporting product launch, carrying out custdevs and research, and then made first ever sales for the product before it even launched. This enabled sales team to generate new revenue and demonstrated product-market fir needed to request development funds from investors and the board.

Improving the quantity and quality of project reviews on Yandex.
Tasks:
Increase the number of reviews on Yandex about the project;
Increase the rating of reviews.
Task implementation:
I thought over the mechanics of sending letters to loyal users (more than 3 orders) after placing an order with a request to leave a review on Yandex and receive a gift from partners for it;
Discussed and agreed on the mechanics with a partner on the project side;
Received the html layout of the letter;
I set a task for the layout team - to make up a letter;
After the layout of the letter, I set the task to the support team to conduct checking on all possible mailboxes and browsers;
After checking the widget, I sent a detailed plan for the implementation of mechanics to colleagues on the project side;
Agreed on the implementation of mechanics on the project.
Result:
For the period from 2020 to November 2022 (when the mechanics were not implemented):
- there were 186 ratings and a rating of 4.6 stars
For the period from November 2022 to February 2023 (when the mechanics were implemented):
- 179 ratings were left and the rating of the project on the Yandex resource is now 5 stars
Improving interaction of coaches and their clients through custdev
Conducted user and coach interviews to better understand their needs and preferences. We then created a simple, user-friendly version of user profile cards that included basic information, the practices the user was working on, and a progress flow that showed how long they had been working and what results they had achieved so far. This helped coaches to provide more targeted support and guidance to their clients and enabled users to easily track their progress over time. Additionally, we implemented a more standardized approach to coaching, which allowed us to track performance and identify areas for improvement in the coaching process.
