Creating Chat SDK with customizable UI components
Built a peer-to-peer Chat, which I took from concept to launch and further development leading two remote cross-functional teams (iOS, Android, Web, Backend). The Chat SDK with customizable UI components aims to provide an excellent chat experience for users and is integrated into Delivery Hero apps across 40+ countries. As a global product, it is daily used by millions of customers and drives $XXXk monthly costs savings for the company.
Initiated and drove the Developer Relations topic to build the community around MBition products and ensure the excellent developer experience.
My main responsibilities were:
Launched the internal Developer Portal as a one-stop-shop for application engineering using the infotainment platform SDK
Incorporated the SDK user feedback into the Portal roadmap
Aggregated, refined and maintained technical documentation, as well as stakeholder focused high-level content
Organized onboarding sessions and coaching for new and existing SDK users
Developed a backend AI monitoring system for detecting anomalies
Led a team to develop an AI monitoring system that was capable of detecting anomalies in various business indicators. By closely working with one of Russia's largest banks over a span of 3 years, we designed and implemented an advanced backend system dedicated to the detection of anomalies across a wide spectrum of critical business metrics. This system significantly decreased the time and effort previously invested in manual incident detection and enhanced operational efficiency.
Launching a traveltech product
• Developed and implemented product strategy to improve four apps within priority on customer's problems & requirements, improve booking conversion rates & reduce cancellations
• Oversaw IT team workflow in YouTrack, and conducted sprint planning, retrospectives sessions and demos
• Prioritized backlog using adapted ICE model, considering development cost, commercial impact, and business segments
• Prioritized onboarding future tech partners via Direct API or Travelgate, Netstorming, Juniper, and Technoheaven, successfully onboarded 15+ API suppliers and 10+ API within past year
• Directed the business logic and task definition for launching MVPs of internal company products
• Developed a tree of product metrics and defined tasks for monitoring and evaluating metrics with Metabase
Integration of the transmission of additional parameters for targeting
It was necessary to learn how to target the display of the widget on the site depending on the information about the user filling in the "Information about children" block
Since the information about filling in the "Information about children" block is stored on the site side, it was necessary to configure the transmission of this information via dataLayer.
The implementation of this mechanics would allow the project to personalize communication with the user depending on the information about the children and offer the most relevant suggestions.
Task implementation:
Set the task on the back-end side of the project team to implement parameter triggers in datalayer;
After the implementation of the parameter triggering, I set the task to the support team to conduct checking;
After the correct implementation of the parameter triggering, a widget was implemented with the announcement of filling in the "Information about Children" block.
Result:
Got information about children from more than a thousand users;
Increased the conversion to the rest of the information about children by 174%;
Built personalized communication with the user depending on the information about the children.
