Creating Chat SDK with customizable UI components

Built a peer-to-peer Chat, which I took from concept to launch and further development leading two remote cross-functional teams (iOS, Android, Web, Backend). The Chat SDK with customizable UI components aims to provide an excellent chat experience for users and is integrated into Delivery Hero apps across 40+ countries. As a global product, it is daily used by millions of customers and drives $XXXk monthly costs savings for the company.

My main responsibilities were:

• Launched the internal Developer Portal as a one-stop-shop for application engineering using the infotainment platform SDK
• Incorporated the SDK user feedback into the Portal roadmap
• Aggregated, refined and maintained technical documentation, as well as stakeholder focused high-level content
• Organized onboarding sessions and coaching for new and existing SDK users

The admin side of our service was outdated, lacked cohesiveness due to the initial desire to accelerate time to market, and there were constant complaints about things being hard to find there and simple tasks taking hours. Our business development managers also noticed that users often required personal help with onboarding during calls and wrote mailed similar questions to our support, which meant spending extra time and money. I led the redesign of 14 sections of the personal account, including the payment history, invoices/donations pages, mass payouts, balance top-up/withdrawal, wallets management, and various integrations.
