Led the team in developing an MVP version of the grocery delivery service, collaborating with a few partners. We addressed specific issues related to data integrations and UX for catalogs to ensure a smooth and user-friendly experience. Once we had the MVP up and running, we added a new user scenario within the existing app and redesigned the home screen to feature the new service. Working closely with the business team, we onboarded additional partners over the next five months to achieve our goals of expanding our app's services to include grocery delivery.

Integration of 2 services into Yandex SuperApp

Identified the challenge of effectively merging two different platforms to provide a seamless user experience. To address this, I worked closely with the development teams (Yandex.Eats and Yandex.Go) to streamline the integration process and ensure a smooth transition for users. Additionally, I collaborated with the UX team to implement design changes that enhanced the overall user experience. By coordinating with the marketing team, we were able to create a successful launch campaign that effectively promoted the new features to our users. Overall, my strategic approach and cross-functional collaboration allowed us to successfully integrate the services and enhance the user experience.

Creating a tool to track intermittent fasting and food intake

Developed a new approach to solve this problem by creating a simple and intuitive timeline visualization that allowed users to easily log their fasting and eating periods, along with the food consumed during those periods. We also simplified the logging experience by reducing the number of steps required to enter the information. As a result, users found it much easier and more convenient to track their progress and stay on top of their intermittent fasting goals. So we increased retention and engagement.

Improving interaction of coaches and their clients through custdev

Conducted user and coach interviews to better understand their needs and preferences. We then created a simple, user-friendly version of user profile cards that included basic information, the practices the user was working on, and a progress flow that showed how long they had been working and what results they had achieved so far. This helped coaches to provide more targeted support and guidance to their clients and enabled users to easily track their progress over time. Additionally, we implemented a more standardized approach to coaching, which allowed us to track performance and identify areas for improvement in the coaching process.

Increasing user retention

Conducted research to understand the root causes of the problem and hypothesized that providing daily insights and practices, along with a visual roadmap of their progress, would help users stay motivated and engaged with the app. We then implemented this approach and tested its effectiveness, which resulted in a significant increase in retention and engagement rates. Based on these positive results, we continued to develop and personalize this feature to provide even more value to our users.

Fixing low sales conversion rates

Conducted a thorough analysis of the internal sales process and identified the key stages at which we were losing potential customers. Based on these ideas, I created a visualized process diagram and implemented automation. We also have updated our landing page to better address target audience pain points. By making these changes, the company was able to improve its sales conversion rate and increase revenue.

I released a feature that allowed customers to select tags by category when evaluating a product (For example: Taste -> Sugary, Sour, Oversalted). This provided businesses with systematic customers feedback, which they used to make targeted improvements that resulted in the average goods rating increase by 20%.
