Initiated and drove the Developer Relations topic to build the community around MBition products and ensure the excellent developer experience.

My main responsibilities were:

• Launched the internal Developer Portal as a one-stop-shop for application engineering using the infotainment platform SDK
• Incorporated the SDK user feedback into the Portal roadmap
• Aggregated, refined and maintained technical documentation, as well as stakeholder focused high-level content
• Organized onboarding sessions and coaching for new and existing SDK users

We implemented automatic certificate generation for course participants, a webinar platform, a new access control system for course modules, and enhanced the pricing model. By identifying and fixing an error that was blocking payments for a specific user segment, we increased the conversion rate to paid plans by 20%.

Built a peer-to-peer Chat, which I took from concept to launch and further development leading two remote cross-functional teams (iOS, Android, Web, Backend). The Chat SDK with customizable UI components aims to provide an excellent chat experience for users and is integrated into Delivery Hero apps across 40+ countries. As a global product, it is daily used by millions of customers and drives $XXXk monthly costs savings for the company.

Led a comprehensive analysis of the existing system, forming a cross-functional team, and gathering user feedback. We redesigned the system with automation and self-service options, provided training to the support team, and continuously monitored and iterated on improvements. We achieved a 40% reduction in support calls, and increase in overall customer satisfaction.

Tackled the learning issue by implementing various personalized learning styles and improved the product checkout process by decreasing the clicks required for payment from 4 to 2 through A/B testing. This streamlined the checkout process, making it more efficient and user-friendly.
