Solving pricing and checkout problems at Swiggy

We started as a Food-tech and later pivoted to a Hyperlocal Platform, where it was essential to give customers the flexibility to use the delivery fleet the way they wanted (point-to-point deliveries, shopping lists, alcohol ordering, grocery shopping from pods or third-party vendors). I primarily contributed to the Swiggy Groceries (Dark Stores & Vendors) and Genie (Pick/Drop service) in the domain of cart, billing & checkout services and helping them scale. We built an orchestration framework for the same, which makes the core components reusable across business lines and tenants.

CRR reflects the effectiveness of campaigns with the predictive model, and helps increase the client's profit; Optimizing the CPA for the order; Increasing the LTV of attracted users. This can be achieved by increasing the frequency of orders per user or increasing the value of the average bill Tools: Accumulating 30,000 installs, among them — at least 40% with conversion; Making recommendations for the client on unmarked events on the event map; Collecting additional raw data on the Push API and getting a key for sending s2s events; Creating a tree of user behavior; Training the model and splitting users into clusters by LTV; Starting to send a Smart Event. In July created test campaign optimized for a predictive event; Updating the settings and enriching the Smart Event with additional information Results: Optimized campaigns using Smart Event. The CRR for them became lower than the CRR of conventional campaigns; By 25% reduced CRR for the period from October 2021 to February 2022 compared to conventional campaigns; By 23% lowered CPO; 4 times increased budget of predictive ad campaigns from October to February and reduced the share of regular promotion

Introduced Product Lifecycle Management systems in production, prepared technical documentation, supervised architecture creation

• Built a new development department from scratch, defined internal standards, and established the tech strategy.

As part of my role at Time Research & Innovation, I Ied creation of World Health Aid (WHA), a multilingual real-time health advice platform designed to support disadvantaged individuals. WHA is a comprehensive solution that facilitates telemedicine services, bridging the gap between healthcare providers and underserved populations. It combines live patient and clinician-facing decision support systems, offering a range of paid and free services, including self-diagnosis screening through video and voice chat, multilingual instant translation, voice-command symptom search, real-time messaging, and secure record keeping.
