Fixing low sales conversion rates

Conducted a thorough analysis of the internal sales process and identified the key stages at which we were losing potential customers. Based on these ideas, I created a visualized process diagram and implemented automation. We also have updated our landing page to better address target audience pain points. By making these changes, the company was able to improve its sales conversion rate and increase revenue.
