This is a case of MedTech and InsurTech company. My team saw an opportunity to enhance our main product`s (corporate medical insurance) value proposition and boost revenue by launching a full-scale in-house online psychological hotline. I took on supporting product launch, carrying out custdevs and research, and then made first ever sales for the product before it even launched. This enabled sales team to generate new revenue and demonstrated product-market fir needed to request development funds from investors and the board.
