Lack of seller trust addressed by UX research and backend development at Walmart
Previously, I advised Fortune 500 companies on making data informed decisions by providing location intelligence tailored to their customers’ needs. Recommended pricing tiers appropriate for target markets.
Before that, I worked as Head of Product at the leading Ukrainian chemicals manufacturer with $50MM annual revenue. I managed and implemented technology stack for Sales & Marketing to distribute >1000 daily leads, qualify >500 weekly inbound calls, and facilitate $12.4MM in quarterly billing resulting in increased efficiency of ~150 field sales representatives.
Prior to Ukravit, I led engagements as Product Strategy Manager at DuPont. I worked cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Engineering, Product, Marketing and Sales to design and segment new revenue generating model, overhaul pricing, and revamp reporting as number of customers increased to >10K.
As a side project I founded a virtual startup – a FinTech platform to tap into $20BN developing Ag market. Hired and led 7 professionals to build MVP and retain subscription.
