Creating a tool to track intermittent fasting and food intake
Developed a new approach to solve this problem by creating a simple and intuitive timeline visualization that allowed users to easily log their fasting and eating periods, along with the food consumed during those periods. We also simplified the logging experience by reducing the number of steps required to enter the information. As a result, users found it much easier and more convenient to track their progress and stay on top of their intermittent fasting goals. So we increased retention and engagement.

We then created a simple, user-friendly version of user profile cards that included basic information, the practices the user was working on, and a progress flow that showed how long they had been working and what results they had achieved so far. This helped coaches to provide more targeted support and guidance to their clients and enabled users to easily track their progress over time. Additionally, we implemented a more standardized approach to coaching, which allowed us to track performance and identify areas for improvement in the coaching process.
